Conditionally essential amino acid with roles in cardiac, muscular, nerve, and bile function. Abundant in the body but may benefit from supplementation.
What is it for?
💡 Absorption: Well absorbed on its own. Can be combined with magnesium to improve sleep. Synergistic with creatine for athletic performance.
