By accessing and using Suplr (suplr.app), you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

Service description

Suplr is a platform for personalized nutritional supplement recommendations based on artificial intelligence and scientific evidence. The service includes a health test, personalized recommendations, supplement information, and a weekly newsletter.

Medical disclaimer

The recommendations provided by Suplr are for informational and educational purposes only. They do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplementation, especially if you take medication, have chronic conditions, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

User accounts

You may create an account to access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.

Affiliate links

Suplr participates in affiliate programs (such as Amazon Associates). Product links may generate a commission for Suplr at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our recommendations, which are based exclusively on scientific evidence and your personal profile.

Intellectual property

All Suplr content (texts, designs, logos, code, and algorithms) is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is not permitted.

Payments and subscriptions

Suplr offers a free plan and Pro subscription plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and you may cancel at any time from your profile. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Limitation of liability

Suplr is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform or from following the recommendations provided. Supplement use is at your own risk. Suplr does not guarantee the availability, price accuracy, or stock of linked products.

Account termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by European Union law and, in particular, Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the competent courts.
