Vitamin K2
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) directs calcium toward bones and teeth, preventing its deposition in arteries. It is the ideal complement to vitamin D3.
What is it for?
💡 Absorption: The MK-7 form has a longer half-life and is more effective. Take together with vitamin D3 and fat for optimal absorption.
⚠️ Caution: Contraindicated with anticoagulants such as warfarin/acenocoumarol. Consult a doctor if taking anticoagulants. In those under 18, use only under medical/pediatric supervision.
