Extract from the Serenoa repens berry, used for prostate health and DHT-mediated hair loss. Inhibits 5-alpha-reductase.
What is it for?
💡 Absorption: Lipid extracts standardized to 85-95% fatty acids. Effects after at least 2-3 months.
⚠️ Caution: May interfere with anticoagulants and hormonal contraceptives. Rarely causes GI discomfort. Do not use in pregnancy.
Recommended doses
Range: 200 – 320 mg
Anti-DHT. Results in 3-6 months
