Omega-6 (GLA)
Gamma-linolenic acid, an anti-inflammatory omega-6 (unlike other omega-6s). Found in borage oil, evening primrose oil, and black currant oil.
💡 Absorption: Borage oil has a higher GLA concentration (20-24%) than evening primrose oil (8-10%). Take with fat.
⚠️ Caution: Contraindicated in epilepsy (borage oil contains PA). May increase bleeding with anticoagulants.

Range: 500 – 2000 mg aceite onagra
