Amino acid precursor of dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. Improves cognitive performance under stress, sleep deprivation, and extreme cold.
💡 Absorption: Take on an empty stomach in the morning. NALT (N-acetyl-L-tyrosine) is less bioavailable than free L-tyrosine. Rapid effects (30-60 min).
⚠️ Caution: Contraindicated with MAOIs and thyroid medications. May cause anxiety in sensitive individuals. Do not use with hyperthyroidism.
